Shipping Policy

Everything we send is frozen and packed to stay frozen in transit. Please read this alongside our Refund and Returns Policy.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Large orders

For orders above £495 please contact our wholesale team at info@acaiberryfoods.com before ordering, so we can arrange delivery and pricing that suits the quantity.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before midday on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the next working day.

We dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or at a weekend, are dispatched the following week. We do this so that no frozen order is sitting with a courier over a weekend.

Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Accepting your delivery

Your order is packed frozen and is designed to be accepted on the first delivery attempt and moved straight into a freezer.

Please make sure someone is available to receive it on the expected day. Couriers may offer you the option to change your delivery date. Please do not use it. Our products will not survive the extra time in transit, and we cannot refund products that have thawed because a delivery was rescheduled, refused, or left unattended. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens if your order arrives thawed or damaged.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives thawed, damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours at info@acaiberryfoods.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how we put it right.
