Meet Marcus
Acai Berry was founded by Marcus. He moved from Brazil to London, and struggled to find real authentic acai. Without speaking a word of English at the time, he set about building a brand that is now known globally.
How it started
Starting from a market stall on Brick Lane in 2017, our acai was so popular that he opened the first store a year later. We now have over 15 stores globally and our acai is served in some of the top gyms, hotels and wellness spaces.
Our ambition
We think everyone should be eating acai every day, as they do in Brazil. We sell acai tubs which you can have at home and our dream is to see these stocked in freezers everywhere, so everyone can make their own acai bowl or smoothie at home.
