Blueprint
A classical-Inspired class. Beginner-friendly, it’s ideal for all levels. Expect a slower-paced, precision- driven class that builds functional strength while increasing overall mobility.
Pulse
A mid-level dynamic, full-body class built on contemporary Pilates and functional movements. Expect flowing sequences that challenge your core, coordination, and control.
Pulse Plus
Our most advanced class, it’s everything you love about Pulse - levelled up. We turn up the intensity with light to moderate dumbbells, adding resistance and power to your dynamic strength and mobility flow.
Stretch Strong
A class that blends deep stretching, joint control, and strength at your end range to help you move with more freedom and stability. You’ll use restorative techniques that support injury prevention by enhancing joint resilience, muscular balance, and overall body awareness.
